- All cannabis seed orders ship discreetly and securely for free via first-class mail (2-4 days).
- Annunaki Genetics guarantees that the exterior of the packaging will be free of any company names, logos, or references to cannabis. Meaning there will be no indication of what contents are inside.
- Regardless of all the precautions there is always a small chance of the package getting lost in transit, and you should be aware of this before ordering. Annunaki Genetics cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your order while in transit.
- If you report your shipment missing, we will immediately start the investigative process with the courier. Depending on the specifics the process could take a few days in order to identify and track the package. Once we have the necessary information, we will offer you a new shipment or a refund in the case that the fault is our own.
- If the shipping information ends up being incorrect, we will wait until the package has been returned to us before re-shipping it.
- The package shipping time is not only dependent upon the mail service that we use, but also on the local postal companies that service your area. For this reason, we do not give exact shipping dates, and instead give an estimated shipping time based on our recent experiences. Once the payment has cleared we typically ship out the seeds within 2 days at most.
- We will not ship out of country under any circumstances.
Refunds and Cancellations
- We accept cancellations of orders just as long as the order is still in our possession and has not yet shipped.
- If you wish to cancel a paid-order, or be refunded for a payment, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can start the refund process.
- Upon receiving the goods, if the seeds are damaged then please notify us immediately via phone or email, so that we can get you new seeds. Please note that we will require photos of the damaged product along with its packaging as proof of the claim before we send out seeds.
- If the strain is in stock we will ship out replacements. If the strain is not in stock, we will ship out seeds of you choosing at equal or lesser value. We can also issue a store credit, or a refund via money order.
- You agree that Annunaki Genetics' maximum liability arising from any product sold shall not exceed the price of such product.
- Shipping costs, if any, will not be reimbursed.
